The Company's payment providers do not process transactions for users from these regions. Tiger Casino reserves the right to change the list of restricted jurisdictions at any time without prior notice. 3.5. Taxation

4. Opening an account
4.1. Registration of your Personal Account
To gain access to Tiger Casino services, you must create a personal account (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Account”). 4.2. Reliability of information

4.6. Duplicate accounts and bonus policy
If a duplicate account was created for the purpose of receiving bonuses, participating in promotions or returning deposits, the Company reserves the right to refuse to return the deposited funds and cancel all accrued bonuses and winnings. 5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

5.1.2. Risk awareness

5.3. Restriction of operations

5.5. Failure to meet age requirements

6. Security, login and password

6.2. All actions performed using your Personal Account are considered to be performed by you. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any transactions, including financial transactions, made using them. Any losses resulting from third party access to your Personal Account are your responsibility.
6.3. If you suspect a security breach or unauthorized access to your Personal Account, you agree to immediately notify our support team at help@tgr.casino. If requested by Tiger Casino, you must provide evidence of unauthorized access. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by the use of your data by third parties, regardless of whether you were aware of the possible threat.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
7.1. To participate in games on our Site, you are required to replenish your Personal Account with a certain amount.
7.2. You confirm that:
• 7.2.1. The funds deposited into your Personal Account are not obtained through illegal means and are not related to prohibited activities;
• 7.2.2. The deposited funds belong entirely to you, and third parties have no rights to these funds.
7.3. Replenishment is possible only from bank accounts, payment systems or cards registered in your name. Contributions from third parties, including relatives, friends or partners, are not accepted. Violation of this rule may result in winnings being voided.
7.4. In the case of a refund via bank transfer, the recipient is responsible for fees and bank charges.
7.5. Tiger Casino reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals depending on the payment systems used.
7.6. We are not responsible for fees charged by third parties.
7.7. Cash payments are not accepted. The Company may use third party financial providers to process payments, subject to their rules and regulations, to which you automatically agree.

7.15. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for withdrawals of funds not used for gaming.
7.16. If the Player's winnings exceed the amount of his deposits by at least 5 times, the Project may limit the withdrawal of funds to 10,000 USD (or the equivalent in another currency) per calendar month. In this case, the Project has the right to divide the total payment amount into several periods until full payment is made, taking into account the established limits and the provisions of this section.
7.17. Withdrawals are carried out exclusively to the payment details previously used by the User for depositing funds. These details must belong to the User, and the Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification to confirm their compliance and the security of the transaction.
7.18. Withdrawal Request Processing Regulations. All withdrawal requests are processed by the Company's financial department on a first-come, first-served basis. The processing and payout time takes up to 48 hours from the moment the request is successfully submitted by the User. In certain cases (such as the need for additional account verification, or during weekends and public holidays), this period may be extended, and the User will be notified separately.
8. Bonus funds
8.1. For new players, Tiger Casino regularly provides a 100% first deposit bonus. The bonus is credited only upon the first top-up and is equal to the amount of funds deposited. Bonus funds are provided free of charge and can be used exclusively within the Site. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements with a 35x coefficient must be met. The use of bonus funds is prohibited in the following game categories: Crash, Live, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette. Violation of this rule will lead to the cancellation of the bonus. Upon a withdrawal request, all un-played first deposit bonuses are automatically forfeited.
8.1.1. To activate the bonus, a deposit of at least 2,000 RUB, 20 EUR, 25 USD, or 150 BRL must be made. If a deposit is made for a smaller amount, the bonus will not be credited and is not eligible for activation.
8.1.2. Special conditions apply to the no-deposit bonus of 500 RUB, 7 USD, 5 EUR, or 25 BRL. After meeting the bonus wagering requirements, a minimum deposit must be made. The maximum withdrawal amount for funds obtained using this bonus is: 5,000 RUB, 70 USD, 50 EUR, or 125 BRL. 8.2. You can activate or cancel the bonus at any time through your profile interface.
8.2.1. After activating the bonus:
• The bonus amount appears on a separate bonus balance, separate from your cash balance.
• Bets are first deducted from the cash balance; if there is insufficient funds - from the bonus balance.
• All winnings received using bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

8.2.2. You can cancel the bonus at any time. When a bonus is cancelled, all funds in the bonus balance are cancelled.

8.3. Streamer Bonuses and Community Rewards

8.3.3. Raffles and Wheel of Fortune:

8.3.4. Restrictions:
It is prohibited to use multiple accounts to receive bonuses from streamers. If such actions are detected, all bonuses and winnings from them will be canceled and accounts will be blocked.
9. Cash and bonus balance
9.1. You cannot withdraw funds from your bonus balance directly. All your personal deposits are credited to your cash balance, from which withdrawals are possible. When you request a payout, all active bonuses are automatically canceled. Even if the withdrawal request is rejected, the bonus balance is not restored.
9.2. It is strongly recommended that you read all bonus terms and conditions before making a withdrawal to avoid losing your bonus funds.
9.3. The platform does not set minimum amounts for deposits or withdrawals, however, third party payment systems may apply their own restrictions.
10. Wagering (wager)
10.1. Wagering is the total amount of bets that a player must make in order for bonus funds to become available for withdrawal.
10.2. There is a separate wagering requirement for deposits: the player must wager an amount equal to 3 times the deposit amount (x3) before funds are available for withdrawal.
10.3. Wagering in the following game categories: Crash, Live, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette is calculated with a reduced coefficient of 0.1. This means that only 10% of each bet placed in these game categories counts towards the wagering requirement.
10.4. Bets that carry no actual gaming risk or result (including cases where the winnings equal the bet amount) do not count towards the wagering requirements. Such actions may be regarded as an attempt to bypass the rules, and the corresponding bets will not be credited towards the wager.
11. Cashback
11.1. Tiger Casino players are protected from significant losses with the cashback feature, which provides partial refunds of lost funds.
11.2. The cashback amount is 10% of the lost funds for the entire period from the moment of registration. The loss is calculated as the difference between the sum of all bets and winnings. If winnings exceed the total bet amount, cashback is not awarded. Payment is made automatically. Calculation formula:
(all deposits – all withdrawals) × 10%
11.3. Cashback is accrued only if the amount of deposits for the reporting period exceeds the amount of withdrawals. The reporting period begins from the date of player registration.
11.4. The player can activate or deactivate cashback at any time through his profile. When activated, the cashback amount is credited to the bonus balance, and subsequent bets are taken into account in the wagering requirement. To withdraw cashback, you must fulfill the wagering requirements with a coefficient of 5x.
11.5. The validity period of non-activated cashback is 24 hours.
12. Fraud, deception and criminal activity
12.1. The following actions are strictly prohibited and are considered serious violations of the rules:

12.2. Tiger Casino has the right to suspend, cancel or invalidate any winnings, payouts or bonuses if it is suspected of being improperly received.
12.3. The company takes measures to identify participants in the conspiracy and is not responsible for losses caused by the actions of other players. All decisions regarding such incidents are made at the discretion of Tiger Casino.
12.4. If you suspect fraud on the part of another player, you must immediately notify support at help@tgr.casino.
12.5. Tiger Casino reserves the right to restrict access to the Site or suspend your Personal Account without prior notice if fraud is suspected. Deposited funds in this case are not refundable. 12.6. You are prohibited from using any services or software for fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering. Tiger Casino has the right to block accounts, duplicate accounts and withhold funds. In this case, the player waives any claims against the Company.
13. Other prohibited actions on the Site
13.1. You must refrain from any offensive, aggressive or threatening language or behavior towards other players or members of the Site.
